Hello Garry, You should transfer all the signals to CPU 315-2DP in your case. Then from there to make a connection to Wonderware SCADA. Takre a look at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/2615830 Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |

Hello Garry; The link Umencho proposed earlier showed how to configure the S7-200 as a Profibus-DP slave to a S7-300 DP master. There is no need for any communication function between the PLCs in that case, as you can see if you open the link once more. So again, where did you hear about XGet function? Follow the example from the original link (offered once again) and test your comms; then modify the data exchange addresses so you collect all data from the S7-200 and send it to a register range in the S7-300: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/2615830 Once you havecollected the required data use the DASDIRECT driver from Wonderware or an OPC link to connect to the S7-300 CPU and transfer the data from the S7-200 to the Wonderware SCADA.. /tf/WW/en/Posts/56954 /tf/WW/en/Posts/52835 https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?query=DAS&func=cslib.cssearch&content=adsearch%2Fadsearch.aspx%3Ftab%3D2&lang=en&siteid=csius&objaction=cssearch&searchinprim=_searchinprim_&nodeid=99&x=16&y=8&cssearchengine=NEW Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Just to mention - do not mix S7-200 Profibus Slave communication with S7-300 with MPI communication between S7-200 and S7-300. In your case is possible to exchange data via MPI using the same X_GET and X_PUT function like in http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/747743 and then to follow from S7-300 to Intouch...
