Then there must be something terrible wrong with the wiring of the port or the level of the signals is to high. Attached the pin assignment of the S7-200 communication port, notice that there is 24V on the same connector, maybe you shortwire these pins. Thank youMarcjanfor your support , i have double checked all the wireing and everithing looks OK . i guess that the only thing that remains is the grounding . Best regards.
