Please advice. Hello Deepak, You can used the PC Adaptor USB 6ES7 972-0CB20-0XA0 for Communication with S7-300/400 PLC. CP5512 is also the one way to Communicate with PLC but it is Fixed in the PCMCIA Slot of the Laptop & now a Days it is not available in the most of the Laptop. is it same you are looking for.

The input cards shoing some inputs available not found a single output at output card. I am attaching here PLC CPU & MMC card status display & LED photos, let me confirm either PLC in not in runnig mode or any other alarm is there.
