S7-300 and S7-400 Memory card

ABCXYZ123 Posts: 22 Rating: (1)	Hi guys, I have aquestion about the MMC for S7-300 and S7-400, do we have to leave the MMC all the time in the CPU while it's operating. I know we must, but I have questions from participants that I teach that says otherwise. where can I find such information in the manual? and was this or is possible for any other kind of CPU like oder CPUS or newer CPU? How can you obtain an overview of the memory concept of SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs and C7 devices? How can I get an overview of the S7-400 memory concept? Which memory cards can you use with an S7-300 CPU? Which memory cards can you use with a S7-400 CPU?
