Hello,

I am having trouble connected my S7-300 (S7-317F) to Wonderware Intouch (2014 R2). I have the connection configured in Intouch and the connection shows healthy but the tags are not updated cyclically.

It seems that when the Intouch application starts it reads the tags once but they never update.

Any ideas on what can be causing this?

I'm not familiar with that Wonderware product but I see probably problem with some definition of subscription, how TAGs need to be updated. You need simply be familiar with problematic how to set TAG update, timeouts...

Not sure what the problem was but I believe it was on the Wonderware side. We rebuilt the IO Server and it started working.
