S7 300 CPU 312IFM Can't retain my program

Hi, dear engineers !!

I want to program an S7 300 CPU 321IFM, it is used and comes with an old progam, when I download my own program the PLC function as my program states, but after turning power OFF, the old program reapears as if I didn't do anything.

What is wrong?

IFM = Internal Flash Memory

Did you use the "copy RAM to ROM" function, if available?

The solution was to use PLC> download user porgram to memory card in simatic manager window

this info was not detailed in siemens s7-300 manuals
