You do not need to tell / adjust anything on the PLC side.

The HMI side must..
* connected with the right wired cable
* connect with the right protocol (MPI)
* connect at the correct baud rate (already set on PLC)
* connect with the correct address (already set on PLC)

Some models PLCs have a security setting to not allow communication from outside sources. This is not the case here.

TIP: Some 3rd party HMIs struggles to communicate at speeds above 19.2k baud.

I did all that but I need help to configuration in simatic manager. 

In Simatic Manager no settings are necessary.

Just Keep in mind that HMI MPI - address is unique!

Please tell us what specifically do you consider should be configured for the PLC? If you have covered what I mentioned, then you should be up and running to have the two devices talk to each other.

Now because you are not using a Siemens HMI, you will have to manually create all the communications tags on the HMI. - - unless the HMI software is now clever enough to extract all the data from the project.

The best would be to find an example project (HMI and PLC) and familiarize yourself with the inner workings. Thereafter make your own (small) sample project to see it working. Then you can continue to your own project.

If however you still have doubts.. I would recommend you come in contact with the guys who sold you the HMI. Let them explain to you what is left out.
