Hello, Have a look at the following links: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=6ES7314-6CG03-0AB0&caller=view https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=6ES7314-1AE04-0AB0&caller=view The 6ES7 314-6CG03 could be used as spare part, but it has onboard I/O and Profibus port. Hello, Take a look for CPUs info at Technica/Cax Data tab: 6ES7314-6CG03-0AB0 6ES7314-1AE04-0AB0 6ES7314-1AG13-0AB0
So, defect one could be replaced with 6ES7314-6CG03-0AB0 for sure. With the other one depends of your project. BTW why do you think the CPU is defect? Could be the MMC is... best regards, Hristo Mihalev |

Maybe should use 6ES7314-1AG14-0AB0. 6ES7314-6CG03-0AB0 - is compact family CPU.He has great size, and may not fit in place of the faulty. |

1AG14 isn't mentioned above. But this would be the perfect substitution there.
