S7 300 CPU315-2dp SF fault

Dear ALL.

I am facing problem with my S7-300 system. I connected my laptop to the PLC by using MPI adapter and using diagnostic buffer i have gotten results attached. there is a constant red light on SF. i have changed the CPU and also changed the memory card and also one digital module but still the problem is there.please help me out as soon as possible as my system is shutdown.i would be very grateful to you people.

look at backplane bus connectors if they are ok, sometimes they are not connect modules correctly. If you can, turn all off, and unscrew screws carefully on modules and check that connectors-simply make carefully moves with modules inside-outside of bus connectors. Then srew all as it may work, power on all HW and check online again. I expect that all modules as you post pictures are same versions like a real ones on rack.

I also want to mention one important thing to you that it was working well before but after water goes inside that junction box it happened....i will check as you guided me but i also want to ask that is there any problem with the software????i have one backup of this software present on the card and have tried that one also but useless. All my I/O modules and CPU are physically the same as in the picture.

i also want to ask you that what this means?

pls look, better will be post all relevant infos first, because that your info quickly change situation. I doubt that someone here will be helpfull to you, I recommend call some technical support for check your HW. There's big chance of damage of your HW.

I have checked as you recommended to me by removing all modules and reconnecting it back but still the problem is there.

how my information changes??? i m giving all the data correctly.

one thing more which i have noted when i run the PLC without memory card everything is normal but when i insert the card back and run it again, the SF red light is continuously on.

It is I/O reading/accessing error. Check OB122. 

Please check the wiring of I/O or for any short circuit at I/O.

First of all, kindly check all the hardware and their individual functionality.

Then, check the hardware addresses that is being given to the modules and then check the diagnostic buffer for further diagnosis.

According to your diagnostic buffer your SM cards are not recognized by CPU. It is either because your bus connector that includes the CPU connector too or bus modules are damaged or the cards themselves are damaged!

Try to Use new bus connector or SM card and check again!
