S7-300 CPUs Phased Out

Dear expert,

In order to make a migration from (S5,CPU-100U) to (S7-300,CPU-315), I was selected for the CPU 315 with order No. 6ES7 315-1AF02-0AB0, but I don't know it been phased out (or obsolete) or not.
in another word, what is the most reliable product of CPU 315 (no communication type is needed) in the market and can fit to be spare parts for many years coming.

..what does the S7-1500 replace (if any)?
Does it aim to replace in the next 10 years all S7-300 and S7-400 or just the S7-400?

The S7-1200 is "advertised" as S7-200 replacement, yet in China and India you still get the "S7-200 SMART". In processing the S7-1200 feels like a lower end S7-300.

So maybe the original question (it should for me) goes a bit deeper.
Is it not better to go for the S7-1500 when looking at the next 10 or 20 years?
..especially if a company is only now migrating from S5.
