s7 300 memory card

dear sir

    i have s7 313c cpu  order no of this is 6es7-5bgo4-0aa0  version -3.3   . it support  128 kb mmc.

presently 64 kb mmc 6es7953 - 8lf11-oaa0 used in it. but i want to extend its memory 128 kb

i have also 128 kb 6es7953-8lg30- 0aa0.can i use this 128 kb mmc to the position of 64 kb

i did try to use this . but i face the problem. after use this i cant access the cpu in accessible node.and cpu also the fault of sf. plese help me

is the 128kb card empty or is a program stored on it?

If there is a project stored and this project is for this PLC then it can be that the settings for the communication interfaces are chenged.

are you the same person which have created this Topic, with the same PLC and MMC or other?
If you are not then please give us exact information which PLC you use, how you connected to the PLC,

which SW you use etcetc!

yes sir same prerson

but when put old 64 kb card then plc work fine .and that time i access the plc , and check everthing in online . only prob comes when i put the new 128 kb fresh card in plc that time i am not going to the online . same adapter work fine with plc when i put old card
