S7-300 memory card

Out Control Posts: 204 Rating: (1)	Dear all, I'm so confiused about memory card in S7-300 I know that the program saved in Rom and for examble the data I entered using TP saved in Ram / to make this data nonvolatile I used Copy RAM to ROM in plc icon in step 7 software there are also Download user program to memory card and save/ retreive to/from memory card ....are this resposible for saving data in memory card ??? and which different between the program in memory card and ROM and which memory lost when i use memory reset switch in cpu ??? Thanks
