S7-300 ModBUS Preotocol support

I need to know how it can deal with ModBUS protocol as master and also as slave. How we can addressing IOs, memory, DB, and any related. Is it required to install additional firmware or driver into PLC CPU. If any example project available to see how it can deal with ModBUS, it will beappreciated. Please support me in this or tell me where I can find answers. Regards,

CPU-CPU communication with SIMATIC controllers (compendium)(see chapter 44 & 45) SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 Loadable CP Driver: MODBUS RTU, S7 is Slave SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 Loadable CP Driver MODBUS RTU, S7 is Master S7 Open Modbus TCP I hope this helps

S7-300 will be as slave. So, I need to know for example which addresses I have to use to reach data (Read/Write)in DB10. Or to read DIs, AIs. I find big manuals for this issue and I find SIMATIC MODBUS WIZARD, but it was not easy to deal with. So where I can find summary about this issue.
