Hello,

A few steps to check:

1. only use original MPI cable, if you have other MPI cable check if it's fully wired.
2. Check power supply at PLC connection
PIN 2 =0V
PIN 7 =+24V

3. If no supply at pin 2 & 7 test with external powersupply.

my plc s7 300 use power 24VDC but i chose power 220VAC. so, fuse 125V 4A was broken. i changed another fuse, plc was ok. but i can not comunication PLC to my computer. my cable MPI the light`s power not working. i check PIN 2 and PIN 7 in cable MPI only 1VDC. now! i can not verything. please help me.

I'm not sure what you have done with your powersupply, if it was terrible wrong you could have destroid the internal 24V supply to pin 2 and 7 at the MPI connection at the CPU.

Try with external 24V at your adapter.

If the adapter was connected to the CPU at the time you made this mistake with your powersupply, it may be damaged too.

try the adapter with other CPU.

i checked power of adapter MPI so it was ok. after that i checked board supply 24vdc, i found TEMPFET BTS100 not good, i changed another FET ( irf9z34np) but adapter MPI not power.
