Hello Mohammad Ramzjoo; Do you mean this document on the use of FC105? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1765297 You have questions on wiring TC (thermocouples) to a S7 analog input module? I can suggest you look at chapter 4 in this manual, S7-300 module data: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/attachments/8859629/s7300_module_data_manual_en-US_en-US.pdf Chapter 4 "Principles of analog value processing" discusses such issues independently of the specific analog input module family details, look at the screenshot below to see typical information you will find there. If you are connecting a TC directly to the input cjhannels of an S7 analog input module capable of reading TC values, or if you are extending the TC wires with compensating cables, you only have to take the PIWxxx value (an INT), convert it to a REAL value (INT to DINT, DINT to REAL), and then divide that REAL value by 10.0 to read the actual temperature value in centigrade. See chapter 5, look for the TC input representation tables, starting on page 273, to find your precse TC model. So: connecting a thermocouple to a TC input module in a S7 PLC with the correct wiring does not require you to program a FC105 "SCALE" function. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
