S7-300 <-> S7-1200 data exchange problem

laurensvl Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hi all, Currently I'm setting up a Wlan connection between an S7-314 and an S7-1212C. All is set up and working, but I'm having a little problem with the data exchange. I've configured a DB in the 300 with 32 words. When I read this information in the 1200 I get information for the first 16 words. The strange thing is, I can only put in 32Bytes or 16words in the GET instruction, otherwise the intsruction doesn't work (I get an error the DB doesn't exist). Just out of curiosity, i've put in 32 more words so I get a total of 64 and then I can configure 64bytes or 32 words for the get instruction (and as a result I can read the info I need). Anyone else had this problem? Can this be solved or do I have to put in the same amount of spare words every time to be able to read out the info I need? Thanks in advance
