S7-300, SF led alarm

Hi everyone,

I had one problem on the S7-300 - CPU317-2DP,  on the CPU always display SF led alarm, i tried to check the diagnostics buffer of CPU but not success, i did not find out any address on the software program, please see my image below and my error text file for detail, please show me how to solve it,

Hi,

You try to access address MD1400 to MD1408 and MD1420 to MD1432.

Maybe, addresses are note declared into profibus or station is OFF or disconnected using SFC12 D_ACT_DP.

Can you post profibus mapping ?

Looks like you are trying to access some address in program which are not defined in hardware configuration or may be you are not calling some addresses continuously.

It is showing in hardware configuration that you are accessing many third party devices through ptofibus. 

Please check in program for addresses or you can post your program if less.

Is address this problem memory program (M or I/O??), when program can not write or read from M, it will be error, can i disable this code on programs to prevent CPU call it?

Can you gave me solution to bypass this code?

I am using Simatic S7 v5.5 sp3 to upload program, i send my software, please refer it
