s7 300 software redundancy project

I am working on an s7 300 software redundancy project. The cpu used is two s7 300 315-2DP plc's and the redundant link used is ethernet which is connected to both the cpu's via cp 343-1 lean card.It has been found that after once I configure the ‘iso on tcp connection’ or ‘tcp connection’ for the cpu in the insert new connection window in netpro and when I download it to the plc, both the plc’s are going to the stop mode whereas when I remove the connection and when I download it again to the plc, both the plc’s are going to the run mode. Kindly have a look at it and help me out with this at the earliest since i am at the site waiting for support. I have attached the backup. Kindly have a look at it and help me out at the earliest.
