S7-300 to S5 Comuncation

AnoopKP Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	how can i establish the communication between S7-300 CPU and S5 155 CPU through a CP 343?? What is the difference between CP343- 1EX11, 20,21,30?? If we are trying to interface and S5-CPU948 with CP143 to the CP343 do we have to change any configuratio settings / COM package change in S5 CPU/ Cp143??

It depends is the only answer I can give you. You would definetely need toknow the link config in the S5's CP143 tobe able to configure a corresponding link on the S7but may also need to change/adjust the CP143 configuration.
