Rota Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm upgrading over xmas from a 313 cpu to a 315F with profinet. At the moment i have kepware talking TCP accessing data from the CPU so when i upgrade can i just swap over to profinet or do i need to add a CP module so th TCP and profinet networks remain seperate, cheers lee

Rated X Posts: 1547 Rating: (129)	Hello Rota, in general it is possible to run a native TCP connection via the on Board PN Interface. The problem is that you have to configure the connection in complete different way and you have to handle the connection establishment by program code. A Sample Programm and the wizard you will find here: Wizard for creating connection data for open TCP/IP communication (Open Communication Wizard).
