And I need to exchange data with another PLC S7313c-2DP. S7-313C-2DP having CP343-1 Lean also. I want to create S7 connection in between both PLC. But its not allowing me to create any S7 connection. And its giving error no more connection resources. I checkedmyPLC(s7300) communication resources and i attached the screenshot. Isit possible to make S7 communication by changing resources or anyother way to get data from S7313C-2DP? Please suggest. Thank You. Attachment CFG.zip (75 Downloads)

Saravana kumar Gold Member Joined: 2/6/2009 Last visit: 1/7/2025 Posts: 939 Rating: (118)	Hi, There are more ways to exchange the data between the given CPU's, Method 1: Use Get/Put (FB14/FB15) blocks at S7400 side and use the S7_Connection ID of the S7 400. There is no need to get the S7_Connection at S7 300 side. Method 2: Connect both S7300 and S7 400 CPU to the same profibus network and use the blocks X_Get/X_Put (SFC 67/SFC68) at S7300 or S7400 side to receive data from partner. Method 3: Configure S7 300 as Profibus Slave and make Master/Slave communication between S7 400 and S7 300. There may be some others methods also for communication. I think given information is sufficient for you.

Madhava Silver Member Joined: 11/26/2011 Last visit: 3/3/2025 Posts: 508 Rating: (23)	Hi all, I resolved my problem. I made an ISO TCP connection on both PLCs and I used AG_Send and AG_Recv (different families) and Now I can exchange my data between S730 and S7 400.
