S7-313C CPU with FM-351 Counter Module problem

Hy Everybody

I have an S7-313CPU with FM-351 Counter Module One incremental encoder conncected to the counter module. I used Step 7 Manager for a program and a configuration. I have some problem with configuration...
I wanna try with this manual:

But not working... Oly Red SF led lighting in the module and not counting. CPU is in run mode and working.

I need only the encoder (counter) actual position and when if need set the counter value to zero (servo homing).
Anybody can help me a sample program or wirte the configuration step by step?

Maybe there is something wrong.

in the title it says FM 351 but in the link is FM 350-1, so what you have? FM 350-1 or FM 351?

ok is FM 350-1, so please I have to know what type of encoder 5V or 24V encoder, because by side (to the left) of the card if it is 5V must be in A position or if it is 24V must be in D position.

then have you followed the example that you have in the PC "zEn23_01_FMx50-1" or not?
