pollo_rdz Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I used OmniMBT, Yesterday I was with the machine, and there was able to install a different equipment but not this, I have tried to create ony one active connection,unsuccessfully, tried to put it at first and then tho other two, with the same results, BR Jorge

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (323)	Hello Jorge, OmniMBT simulates a Modbus client. You parameterized the S7 as Modbus client as well. That won't work. One communication partner has to be the client and the other one the server. Regards, Kaulquappe

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (323)	Hello Jorge, I would do it the other way round: parameterize the S7 as client or server as it should communication with DeltaV. Then use a simulator which simulates the other part. There are simulators of both types (client and server) available on the net. Regards, Kaulquappe
