I have a project to work on. I have attached a system architecture. Experts, please can you guys help me to verify this architecture or suggestions to improve or cut the cost etc etc, possibilities.

Just to brief, There is S7 400 redundant system, 414 CPU. There will be 7 remote IO panel with approx. 2000 I/O all together. There are 8 frequency drive needs to be connected to redundant system on profibus DP via Y link. (Sinamic or ABB or yasakawa not confirmed yet.). On the profinet port, I have 2 HMI connected and profinet to MODBUS TCP/IP for DCS interface.
