Hi,

I have a problem where I need some help with.

The goal is to use extended download to download to a HMI panel. 

I got it working with this config:

PC=>CP 343-1EX30-0AB0 | CPU 315-2EH13-0AB0 => TP1200 Comfort

But now I want to do the same with a S7-400 PLC

PC=>CP 443-1GX30-0XEO X1P1 | CPU 416-3FS07-0AB0 X5P1 => TP1900 Comfort

I think the problem lies by the CP 443-1. Colleagues also couldn't get it working on an advanced CP. Is there a extra configuration needed for an Advanced CP?

Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

Thanks for your reply. 

I checked the list. The cp is listed but the cpu is not, but the list is from may 2015 and the cpu from november 2015, so it is on old list. I checked the specs from the cpu and S7 routing is supported. 

I followed case 2 from the FAQ. Didn't work for me.

Hi Murof, 

Also tried the PLC proxy but could get it working either. I use TIA portal V15 for the HMI and SIMATIC manager 5.5 for the PLC.

Tried firmware update because of the changes:

• Modbus/TCP connections on Port 502 are now established correctly again.
• Unspecified TCP connections are now established correctly again.
• Routed TCP connections are now established correctly again.
• ARP requests for configured connections have been optimized.

Also didn't work. Didn't select the correct subnet this morning .

I got it working! The firmware update helped solving my problem.
