s7-400 typical system capacity?

Hi Dear sirs/madams

I want to select a redundant S7-414H for a PMS(Power Managament System)
My I/O Counting is :
1256 :DI
448 :DO
163 :AI

ET200M: 9

But I have just seen a catalog of siemens with strange information:

if really these are true , I cant use oneS7-417H too

they differs too much with max. Number of I/Os in Catalogs

Do you think My System can be done by 414H?

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, Hardware specification for PCS 7 goes deeper than the I/O count. You must consider the number of each block types and controllers you'll be using, the cycle for them, etc, to estimate the memory you'll need... and the license specification is also not easy, since there are many options, and you must consider the PO count and features you'll need. You should contact your local Siemens salesperson, or a certified Siemens PCS7 Solution Partner near you, since they'll be able to perform a better and reliable specification for you. I Just want to know about Applicable Limitation of I/Os for S7-414 with Max Expanding Memory(of course for Timers,FBs,PIDs,..... and software Lisence I have to ConsiderMy Process)
Because the Max Values in Cataloges are too more than this Typical system capacity

Howshould I judge?
This Values:

Binary inputs	180
Binary outputs	130
Analog inputs	95
Analog outputs	40

or
8KB ?
(in Application not just in theory)
