Hello Yogesh Patil, SFB41 as PID control is integrated in the operating system in all S7-300 CPUs of the types 313C and 314C and in the C7 devices.The reason may come from the fact that to same code memory on small CPUs.
For H-CPUs that have sufficient resources of memories, please use FB41 (CONT_C) from Standard library-->PID Controller folder.As far as I remember all SFB41 samples can be 1:1 converted to FB41 version just by changing the name anf copying FB41 in blocks folder. NOTE1:SFB41 is not downloaded to CPU,It is inside specific CPUs. Where can you find descriptions and examples of PID control with FB 41, FB 42 and FB 43, and SFB 41, SFB 42 and SFB 43? Hello again Yogesh Patil, It is possible to do but it requires too much works.For me , to make an FB re-usable and OCM possible in PCS 7, it took a while for full function.But instead of investing too much time for such a result,I suggest the following prepared technology pack for STEP 7 and WinCC that contains a PID controller plus a faceplate.Please check if it helps you.
