Hello AMITABH007, sorry couldn't have a look at your programm Searching for ACS800 drive I found the Technical catalogue where they wrote at page 38, that there are different communication gateways. Which one are you using? I read about PROFIBUS DP and DPV1, Modbus RTU, Ethernet Modbus/TCP, ... Think this information will be helpful to give you further tips for your application.
