I read a lot of topics, but I can't figure out where the problem is. I'm trying to build a S7 connection between S7-1200 and S7-400, but my connection inactive.

With another controller, I previously made a S7 connection between S7-1200 and S7-300 and there it was, but with S7-400 it's not something and I don't know where the problem might be?

The S7 connection I made between S7-1200 and S7-300 was the same. It worked there.

Hi,

I have looked at your Get-Block. You can not use a clock flag on the REQ here. Please evaluate NDR / Error and then activate the REQ. If Error = True, then please save the status in a flag - you may get more information here. The DB in the S-1200 must not be considered optimized.

Configure an S7-400 in the project and project a connection and check the settings.

 Lastly i need to add 400 as a device in the hardware configuration and build the S7 connection?

1.Add device, compile and upload hardware configuration in S7-1200.

2.I'll also edit the get block, but I don't think that's a problem. At least when I tried the S7-300 - there was no such problem and I didn't add it to the hardware configuration.

3. How exactly a get block is built, I don't think it can prevent the link from being disconnected .

In this application can the GET function be used or should another function be used ?

TSAP - 03.03

should this be the case?

Shouldn't I try :

rack/slot 0/2

conn.res. - 03

TSAP - 03.02

or

rack/slot 0/2

conn.res. - 11

TSAP - 11.02

?

I can't try right now because I can't restart the controllers.
