S7 Connection

MSO Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I'm trying to make communication between CPU 315-2PN/DP and CP 443-1 processors. My question is about which type of connection I must use. According to my researches, it is possible to establish this communication by S7 connection. And I can use SFB14 GET and SFB15 PUT function blocks. If this way is true, can you tell me how to use these blocks? If this idea is wrong, can you tell me the correct way? Thanks.

The handling of the PUT / GET Block is shown in the Manual "System and Standard Functions for S7-300 and S7-400" (Chapter 21) or in the Onlinehelp of the System Function Blocks. Best regards J_Bell

Hi, That is a possibility, see also the Example PUT/GET on the interneton theA&D - pages. PUT and GET are often used when there are different installations from different suppliers, they don't have to have each other software to implement it.
