S7 F ConfigurationPack on windows 10

Hello, I'm facing a problem installing the F-configuration pack V5.5 SP13 on a windows 10 computer.

The OS is: MS Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 64 bit.

On the listed requirements for OS I see:

I don't see exactly Windows 10 enterprise 2016 LTSB 64 bit. 

But I suppose that is 2015 LTSB 64 bit supports F-configuration pack, the 2016 LTSB version would do it to, or am I wrong?

I keep getting a message about some system files getting deleted when rebooting the computer and then start  the setup again.

Do you know what to do in this case?
