S7-Graph: Trouble with a comparision

Darrent23 Member Joined: 10/2/2014 Last visit: 3/11/2023 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi, This is an unusual trouble, I've a comparision between a constant time (T#4S) and a Step time, but strangely, the time of the Step reaches even hours and the condition seems not to be fulfilled, is the only condition to move to the next Step. I start to suspect of the CPU.

I start to suspect of the CPU. Hello Darrent23, do you compare with Step time Step.T or with Step.U ? Step.T sometimes makes problems, you should do compare with Step.U regards

I know, GRAPH is not very helpful in that.As a workaround, you could set a bit in that step. This bit could trigger a standard ON_DELAY in a FC and the output of the ON_DELAY can be used in transition for your next step. It would have the advantage that you can always monitor the time while running. regards
