Hello,

I try to configure a sensor from sick with S7-PCT. It's a sensor that measures a distance. I'm configuring the range (begin and endpoint) in S7-PCT but the values don't change in TIA PORTAL. after configuring I press the load button. I can see that the device itself is configured correct (I can seer the correct leds) but the values in tia portal are nog correct. the configuration is not transfered to the plc.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

after saving and closing PCT you have to rebuild HW and download to PLC in TIA. Did you do this?

Any entry in the diagnostic buffer?

your IO-Link FB has as outputparameter Error and Status. Please also check this.

But diagnostic buffer tells me, you device ist not online. Check the Device View online for more details.

As you can see I can read the data from the MPA sensor. Only the ranges are not good in tia portal (the sensor works correct, I checkt manualy with volt meter).

thank you for the screenshots - sometimes the error bit gets "1" only for one cpu cycle - please try to save the status when error bit = true.
