Good day.

I have a current project which I will use S7-400H Redundant CPU connected to the third party HMI PC panel (Schneider PC Panel)  via ethernet communication. Can anyone please suggest me the correct topology for this system? and what hardware do I need for this system communication?

Special hardware is not needed.

You connect your HMI to each CPU/CP, as each CP has it's own IP address.

How you can realise the redundant switching depends on what you can do in your HMI. At first your HMI needs to know which CPU is the actual master. This can be detected by requesting the relevant SSL-IDs. With drivers who support this feature, this can be done over network. If your driver doesn't support this, you have to modify the PLC program to read out the actual redundancy state. You can do it on your own by using the relevant SSL-IDs with SFC51, or you use the Siemens block "H_STATUS" you can download here:

The result you can place in a datablock which you can readout with your HMI and do a redundancy switching depending if the CPU which is master. I'd add a lifebit, because the result freezes if one CPU is going into STOP mode.
