S7 Routing Ethernet/Profibus/Masterdrives

Is it possible to route via ethernet to a Profibus CPU 314-DP and aMasterdrive with CBP 2with the following hardware/software: Step 7 Version 5.1 2 xProcessor CPU 416-2DP 6ES7 416-2XL01-0AB0Comms processor CP443-1 6GK7 443-1EX10-0XE0 Processor CPU 314 6ES7 314-1AE03-0AB0 Masterdrive CUVC with CBP2 We would like to be able to interrogate the drive/fault reset etc. Also monitor the 314 and download if possible A long time ago a colleague looked into routing to the 314-DP CPU and was told it was not possible although after trawling through this forum i would like a second opinion. Hence the post Thanks in advance A
