S7 safety issue with IM151-8CPU

Hi everyone,

I've had a problem with a safety-cpu last week.
All my safety-cards went into SF.
The diagnostic buffer said:

Event 80 of 107: Event ID 16# 79E5
F-I/O passivated
- Monitoring time exceeded at the safety frame detected in the F-CPU

so first we had the Module problem/Maintenance necessary and then (after the monitoring time exceeded (was at 1s)) the PLC passivated the I/O.

But the message: 'Module problem/Maintenance necessary' does not mean much to me. Is there anyone here that knows what triggers this message?

• do you have a loop in your program?
• do you use the SFC 41 "DIS_AIRT"?
