Hello annupalani If you do not write to the DQ's anymore in your program, they will remain in their laststate. Can you check in Variable Table (VAT) if the DQ's are 1? If so, you can now also reset them to 0 in the VAT. If the DQ's are all 0 in the VAT, I suspect an issue eitherthe DQ card and/or with the wiring. Palani, I have attached the Block Diagram of Digital Output Card. If the output is not energized, the only way to have LED on is that the Zener Diode for that channel is not working properly which let 24VDC directly on the resistor.
