aunal Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I needhelp about data exchange between application will be written with Visual Basic 6.0 and 315-DP CPU. I will connect PC and CPU with ethernet.I want to read and write CPU DB area with my VB6 application. Which software needed? Is it possible send a example code about this? Ineed100 bytes/second data traffic.

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Dear aunal, have you ever thought about using SOFTNET S7 Lean? This Software offers you a simple OLE 2.0 Interface for your VB System. The Communication would be handled by a OPC Server and you can have fast nearly instant access to all S7 Memory areas. Without any Porgramm needed on PLC side. Best regards J_Bell

Above mentioned link conserning open TCP communication FB63/FB64 for TCP or FB67/68 for UDP. Put "open TCP" in a search filed here and will receive an examples about configuration...
