S71200 - From HMI entry filed Timer Logic

In my application operatior want to entery time delay for the different operations like time values in the form of ms(milli seconds) , second, minutes, Hour. and the same time he want to display time elapsed also in the hmi .Anybody give me idea how to make logic in S71200 for this application.

Currently i am using TIA V10.5 sp2. CPU1214C, Hmi-TP177B PN/DP
