S71200 + KTP600 faulty communication

After making change in plc (with stop plc option) and then uploading the compiled program to PLC and HMI I receive alarm like in attachment. Some tags are ok, but discrete alarms are not activating. I found out that the only solution is to turn off and on PLC + HMI. Have you everhad the sam problem? HW: S71200 DC/DC/DC v3.0 KTP600 basic mono Attachment Bez tytułu.jpg (149 Downloads)

If you can update your PLC firmware to the latest (I think that is 3.0.2), or confirm it is already there, you can submit a Support Requestfor any work-around. The work-around I found was to switch those tags causing problems to absolute addressing in the HMI and it suddenly works. Of course, power cycling works, but is less convenient. From what I have gathered,it is a plc glitch, not an hmi glitch.
