on all 5 stations with PLC's we didn't see any voltage drop. We have just one PLC 1214C per station with only 2 outputs used. There is also UPS installed. Could be also something with gprs network.... When TIA / TCS doesn't see PLC or report that PLC is not reachable and report that gprs signal is nonexistent even teleservice doesn't work for that station. Funny thing is that in TCM sometimes all stations are online and sometimes one or all are offline. Runtime app is showing PLC connected again when PLC sends data or also when we deactivate and activate TIA wincc runtime. That is the only way that we get connection to PLC back. Looking on PLC there is no disconnection/connecting going on, there are no errors on tc_con, tc_discon, tc_send, tc_recv. PLC sends data every time TC_SEND gets request and TCS always gets the data. And PLC get the data form TCS also (when TCS reports that PLC is online ...) TC_CON parameters are ok, all DB are created with standard access. I've send PLC program to siemens support but for now they send new firmware 1.3 for CP. Upgraded and it's the same. I've attached TCM log files.... Thanks AttachmentTCM_log.zip (105 Downloads) |
