Hello, you have to check the available Motion Control resources of your CPU: S7-1511T (see: Technical data)
Then you have to calculate... But what ever, it will be only one kinematics with S7-1511T... :-) |

Hello, without dynamic adaption, it is possible to reduce the load. 3.9.3 Motion dynamics Dynamic adaptation https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109749264 The configured setting in "Technology object > Configuration > Extended parameters > Dynamic" is used. (<TO>.DynamicDefaults.Dynamic- Adaption) and with less commands in the queue: A.1.9 Tag MotionQueue (kinematics) The tag structure <TO>.MotionQueue.<tag name> contains the configuration of the job sequence parameters. MotionQueue.MaxNumberOfCommands Maximum number of jobs in the job sequence (configuration is performed using the parameter view (data structure)) |
