THE BOSS Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Thanks for ur reply, i have made a same configaration what is exactly in the manual, In my case DP/DP Coupler port1 is connected to CP-443-5(Extend), port1 address is 31 and port2 is connected to CP-342-5, port2 address is 3. now port1 i am getting positive reply there is no fault. But in port2 side i am getting BusFault and at the same time in CP-342-5 Bus Fault is blinking. can u please send me some example projects... tahnk u.

My guess is the problem lies with your handling of the DP_SEND and DP_RECV calls. Have another look at the link that Wizard mentioned and bear in mind especially the followingconcerning your setup: You highest Output address for the DP/DP coupler (on the CP342-5 side) is 691. This meansyour DP_SEND DB must be 692 bytes long. Similarily, your DP_RECV DB must be 596 bytes long (highest Input address is 595, you always start with I/Oaddress ZERO if you use a CP342-5 and this is commonly misunderstood). I hope this helps

THE BOSS Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Thanks for ur reply, but i am getting BusFault2 in DP/DP coupler. i wnat to know if suppose i am not using FC1 (DP-SEND) and FC2 (DP-RECIVE) why i am getting BusFault2at DP/DP coupler. is any internal settings between Function block (fc1 and fc2) and BusFault2. can u send me some sample DP/DP Coupler program .... pls Thank u.
