I am junior electrical engineer , which new comer at Simotion Scout

In My packaging system, there are S7300 and Simotion D445 connected. The most all of data are inputing on Touch Screen (Proface).

We use Simotion Scout V4.1.6

Now we have to add new variables at Simotion system, which can be input from Touchscreen.

Question:

1. How to made download of Hardware Change at S7 and Simotion D445 , regarding data length?
Do we have to go on Netpro to made download?

Because, when we are looking at DP Properties (below Simotion Hardware), there are no any menu Configuration.

2. Is there any “extra” procedure before we made Simotion Project Download ?

3.Is there any possibilities that we made Upload project (Simotion)from machine ?Just in case we need to put back original project.
