Hi Rishi, To see if the HMI communicates with the PLC can use the life bit. In the HMI go to Connection then Coordination, there is another line which is called Coordination.Program one WORD free for example MW26, recall in the PLC memory bit M27.2, that's the life bit. If the life bit does not change within the max. tolerable lapse of interruption (5s), a "1" is written into the memory word MW26. Dear Sir Pl refer to attached Step 7 program of the machine a) Can i just add Call FC19 in OB1? (As FC19 not in use in the program uploaded to PG) b) I will copy contents of block FC1 of Lifebit.exe and paste in FC19 , change DB1 to DB19 (as DB1 was already in use and DB19 not in use) If above 2 steps are ok then please advice about DB19 as I am not able to generate DB19 exactly as per DB1 of lifebit.exe Regards M.
