S7416-2dp and Danfoss VLT5000: problem with SFC15

Hello Daga, I won't try to get communication with the old cpu.. This will take me too much time, and I gonna write in SCL a code to communicate. If I understand correctly... SFC14/15 is only used for data transfer OUTSIDE the process image area. Since the new cpu's have a lot of process image, I can just use direct commands. Also, at first I didn't understand it because when I want to send parameters and stuff, I have more than 4 bytes of data. That's why I thought I have to use SFC... Thanks for clearing this up. |

Still got problems with writing to the danfoss. I looked over many many manuals but can't find the problem: We have a new 400 cpu, danfoss drive is hooked on IM467. When I press start on the danfoss drive, I see the STW changing from 0607 to 0F07(stop to start drive forward), also got the actual speed. WhenI sent the value: 047F (which is start drive) to the CTW and 2000 to speed reference (speed is 50%), the value is changing, but nothing happens to the drive. AlsotheSTW remains on thesame value. It doesn't matter if Iwant to sent STOP or START command. I assigned the 4AX and 10AX modules to PIP3 and is assigned to OB35, The CPU doesn't give an error. Parameters in the drive are correct: Par 904 = PPO type 5 CTW isactive Remote command Profibus DPcommunication is chosen (other is FMS) VLT drive standard frame is selected (other is Profidrive) Also tried towrite the CTW with MOVE command, but nothing happens.... Any suggestions Ishould try? Because everything is correct to my opinion... |

Hello, Still not able to write data to the drives..... IM467 gives the following message: "more than one write data record (0 data records) has accumulated on the DP master. i.e. the DP master is temporarily working more slowly on the P bus than the CPU." According to help, user action is not necessary.... I tried to change the hardware config from module consistent to word consistent.... Still can't send anything..... 416-3XR05 + CP443-1 + IM467 module in PCS7 environment Only want to send controlword + speed Data from drive can be read out.. So in the hope someone has any suggestions.... because i'm out of suggestions.. |

Hi daga, Yeah I did try it a few minutes ago... I can see the inputs from the drive showing me a value, but still unable to write. PIP area is configured for 4AX and10AX module (5 modules consistent)and is assigned to DB35. I triedoutside the Process image,but same result. |
