These message is a hint, that you have to perform a complete download of the OS Servers. This message occurs if you made changes like:

• Change of the OS name
• Complete compilation of the OS
• Change in the path to the target computer 
• Change in the master-OS/standby-OS assignment
• Change in the configuration of redundant OS servers
• and some more (see the manual PCS 7 Operator Station in section Download entire program)

For information after I click ok the message is gone, and the loading to the server is normally without any problem, but this message is still display.

2nd point, my server does not archive alarms and measures is what there is a relationship with this message
