Hi All,

I have a problem in my Siemens drive when I start POWER ON the machine, "SAFE LED" flashes slowly. "RDY LED" is okay. I try to reset the machine and start again but nothing happens. Can you please help us to solve this problem?

I am having same problem but STO is active, still safe led is blinking and i am not able to do master control. 

Any idea how to deak with his issue.''

Split from "SAFE LED" fault slowly blink in G120 Sinamics.

If STO is activated, you of course cannot run the drive.

The logic is that STO must not be active at the drive. So check where your STO/SS1 signal is coming from (hardwired or PROFIsafe). Then supply the functions with a "1"-signal before you start the drive.

Yes, that's what we are talking about. This one looks good. Good that you are using the function block for telegram 30 from the LDrvSafe library.

So please go online with the drive and check whether the STO signal is reached by the drive or if there are any other faults active in the drive.
