Safety F-DQ 4x24VDC 6ES7 136-6DB00-0CA0 problem

Hello!

I use next module (just 1st channel, other are disabled) - F-DQ 4x24VDC/2A PM HF (6ES7 136-6DB00-0CA0) V1.0 and can't start this module.

Parameters by the defaults (I just inserted module to the project from the library).

The compilation is completed without errors and warnings

do you assign the F-source-address to the F-DQ modul?

If yes, please tell us a little bit more information about your system, like a diagnostic buffer informations (what huggy_d1 wrote)

Ok,

if I made "Download to device->Software (all)" did I download Safety program?

Even I downloaded Hardware configuration... I have safety modules in rack with PLC 1214 - and I can receive data from those modules.

 I use TIA Portal v14 and it puts the address automatically (I can't change it manually because input field is inactive)

you should not change the F-source addresses, it's right that the TIA-portal generate this numbers.
But you must also assign the F-source address to the F-DQ after download the hardware.

Only download the hardware is not enough

It's the same procedure like assign the device-names.

You should do the follow:

• open the "Device configuration" in your project
• open your device
• select the F-DQ modul
• press the right mouse  button
• select "Assign PROFIsafe address"
• at the next window should be your module selected
• press identfication
• the LED's should flashing and the dialog opens
• if all is right press Assign PROFIsafe address

Then should your module work properly.

But - I have one more module in the central rack - and it's work properly (I didn't assign address like you wrote)....
