Safety Matrix transfer error

Smulekar™ Posts: 27 Rating: (2)	I am using Safety Matrix Engineering Tool V5.2 After creating the martix in the tool i am using Tool--> Transfer to Project When the transfer takes place the chart is generated in the Chart folder of same name, but in the chart the Channel Driver is Not automatically generated. Only Locked @Matrixname chart is generated. After compilation of the chart following error is generated. E: Parameter WHP_C+E_MATRIX\\PRO_WELLHEAD_1\@PRO_WELLHEAD_1.C1.Tag2_B_4 is not interconnected with a data source (block output, global address) Attachment WHP_SSDS_Compile.zip (135 Downloads)

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Try with Safety Matrix Engineering Tool V5.2 + HF1 Also make sure following requirements are met: F-Systems V5.2 or greater F Library V1.2 or greater STEP7 V5.2 or greater CFC V6.0 or greater

Smulekar™ Posts: 27 Rating: (2)	All those requirement are fullfiled still getting the same error. Some matrix are safely transfered and compiled but sone are giveing same error. i am unable to find the exact problem. Is there any way to crack the safety matrix chart.!!

Is the transfer succesfull and the compile gives you the error? Or gives the transfer the error? Do you you the cause/effect display blocks? (SM_CDATE and SM_EDATE) block.

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Please post the transfer log file. Also post the problematic matrix (.cem file - right-click on matrix in the matrices folder and click export). Cracking the matrix chart will not help.

Smulekar™ Posts: 27 Rating: (2)	Hi All, I found the problem that the MatrixCAUSE inputin the CFC must be connected some where. So when i connected all the i/os of the Matrix Generated blocks there is no such kind of error. Now my problem is the Matrix Stops executing when i makeit on line with the PLC. Any one knows why matrix Stops Executing. I have attached the MATRIX CME.Connect all the I/O some where and try. Attachment PRO_WELLHEAD_1.zip (154 Downloads)

XuanKy Posts: 25 Rating: (3)	I have the same problem and i solved. 1. make sure CPU is setting with SAFETY PROGRAM INCLUDING , right click cpu and go to parameter, check INCLUDE SAFETY PROGRAM and choose PASSWORD 2. Make sure IO MODULE type is Fail safe F IO module SM326... and set object property choose parameter tab, select Safety Mode , do not choose standard mode. 3. create safety matrix and transfer to project 4. Click Option in Matrix Engineering tool, click CFC Comply 5. make sure this step is important, comply screen display, Choose Block driver setting, check additional module drive, and browse to S7 F Library with F Control block and comply, wait until complete, the error will still available , continue step 4 and choose browse s7 F library with F Block user and comply project.
